Inventory Services
The Inventory is an exhaustive account of every item within the property and its condition. It lists everything from how many light bulbs you have to what colour the bedroom walls are. An external Inventory can also be carried out if the property includes a garden. It is wise to get a new inventory produced every time a new tenant take up tenancy in your property, to correctly reflect the property’s contents and its condition. Check in and Check out Reports
We will take care of your check-ins! The check-in report that is carried out at the start of the tenancy refers to the prepared inventory. The purpose of this report is to outline in detail the exact condition of the property, and is a necessary document to get both the tenant and the landlord off on the right settings.
Mid Term Inspections
As a rule of thumb, a phone call will be made to the tenant to see how they have settled and once the tenant has been in place for at least three months it is wise to find out how they are treating the property and whether any suggestions need to be made to them, or if there are any maintenance issues that may need your attention.
